Delivery & Returns - ROYAL MAIL SHIPPING DETAILS

Upon confirmation of payment for your order, we endeavor to dispatch all items on the same working day if ordered before 10.30 pm (working days are Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed outside of these times will be processed and dispatched the following working day.

• 2nd Class: Typically delivered within 2 days after dispatch but can take up to 5 working days* - Will be offered as our standard free shipping with any order.

• 1st Class: Generally delivered the next day after dispatch but can take up to 3 working days*

• Tracked 48: Typically delivered within 2 days after dispatch* - Now included as our free standard shipping for orders over £30. £2.99 shipping applies if the order falls below £30.

• Tracked 24: Generally delivered the next day after dispatch* - Available for £3.99 as standard.

• Special Delivery: Guaranteed next working day (Mon-Fri) after dispatch.

If your order is dispatched via a Tracked or Special Delivery service, Royal Mail will text/email your tracking details to you.

For your peace of mind, we may dispatch higher value orders with a service that requires a signature on delivery, or we may split an order into multiple parcels.
